Kashmira (Kash) Bhavsar

KASHMIRA BHAVSAR is an attorney with the law firm of the Bhavsar Law Group, P.A. with offices in Orlando (Florida, USA), Tampa (Florida, USA), and London (England).  The practice is limited to Immigration Law and Real Estate Law.

Ms. Bhavsar is one of only fifty-seven lawyers to be Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by the Florida Bar. As a Board Certified lawyer, Ms. Bhavsar has been recognized by the Bar and her peers as an Expert maintaining the highest level of knowledge, and professional and ethical standards, in the practice of Immigration and Nationality Law.

Ms. Bhavsar was also selected for inclusion on the Florida Super Lawyers lists for 2008, and again in the 2009 list.  Only 5 percent of Florida attorneys are named to the list. She was selected through an extensive process of peer nominations, blue ribbon panel review, and independent research of law and politics; the list appeared in Florida Super Lawyers Magazine.

Born in India, Ms. Bhavsar emigrated to the United States when she was only one year old and has lived in the Orlando area since the early 1970s.  She is a a former Adjunct Professor for the University of Central Florida and a former Judicial Law Clerk Intern for the Executive Office of Immigration Review (Immigration Court)  in Miami, Florida.   She earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Florida in 1992 and a Juris Doctor from the Nova Southeastern University School of Law in 1996.
